A comparatively small number of glosses were added in later hands which Ker tentatively dated ‘s. xi in.?’;Ker, Catalogue, p. 107 (no. 61). unlike the main glossator, these scribes used Insular letter-forms. They show horned e, open-tailed g, low and occasionally high s, horned æ, single-compartment and flat-topped a, round and straight-limbed undotted y, and the occasional tall e and æ.
